How to order

step one: choose your items from our store and make your selection from our various personalisation options. One of the options will ask you for your design category, go to our design library where you will find three categories to choose from (our categories are priced depending on how complicated the design is aswell as the stitch count of each design...not necessarily size)

Step two: choose a design from the design category you have chosen.

Step three: leave us a message in the box at checkout detailing the design code you would like for each item in your order (you will find a design code in the top right corner of each design in our design library). Continue to tell us about what wording you would like embroidered onto your onto each item in your order, aswell as what thread colour you would like for any stars/hearts and text. We can also change the colour of animal designs but please note we cannot change patterns! (we can accomodate most thread colours)
